Thailand Super Series เปิดตัวศึก 2020 ยิ่งใหญ่ “ครั้งแรก” ของมอเตอร์สปอร์ตไทย ก้าวสู่ Support Race การแข่งขัน Formula 1

พร้อมเตรียมตัวในฐานะ “เจ้าบ้าน” ต้อนรับรายการแข่งระดับนานาชาติตลอดฤดูกาล

เนื่องด้วยบริษัท เรซซิ่ง สปิริต จำากัด ผู้จัดการแข่งขันรถยนต์ทางเรียบระดับนานาชาติรายการ “Thailand Super Series 2020” ภายใต้การรับรองโดยราชยานยนต์สมาคมแห่งประเทศไทยในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ สมาคมกีฬา (ร.ย.ส.ท.) เตรียมยกระดับกีฬามอเตอร์สปอร์ตขึ้นไปอีกขั้นในฤดูกาล 2020 นี้

กับนัดเปิดฤดูกาล “Thailand Super Series 2020” อันยิ่งใหญ่ สมฐานะรายการแข่งขันรถยนต์ทางเรียบระดับแถวหน้าของอาเซียน ด้วยการได้รับเกียรติให้เป็น Support Race รายการมอเตอร์สปอต์ระดับโลกในรายการ Formula 1 Vinfast Vietnam Grand Prix ณ กรุงฮานอย ประเทศเวียดนาม โดยจะประกอบด้วยรุ่น Thailand Supercar GT3, รุ่น Thailand Supercar GTM, รุ่น Thailand Supercar GTC และรุ่น TA V8 Racing ซึ่งต้องขับเคี่ยวกันบนสนามแข่งที่เป็นประวัติศาสตร์บทใหม่ที่มีความยาวถึง 5.607 กม. กับจำนวนโค้งมากถึง 23 โค้ง ซึ่งถือเป็นครั้งแรกของวงการมอเตอร์สปอร์ตไทย และเป็นครั้งแรกของการแข่งขัน Formula 1 เช่นกัน

และพลาดไม่ได้กับความมันส์ในนัดที่ 2 ของฤดูกาล ซึ่งจะขนทัพกลับมาเปิดศึกกันที่ สนามช้าง อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เซอร์กิต จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เต็มรูปแบบด้วยทุกรุ่นของรายการ “Thailand Super Series 2020” เสริมทัพด้วยรายการ Porsche Carrera Cup Asia 2020 ที่มาร่วมทำการแข่งขันถึง 3 เรซ ทั้งวันเสาร์ และวันอาทิตย์ โดยมีเซอร์ไพรส์สำหรับแฟนมอเตอร์สปอร์ตชาวไทย ด้วยการแข่งขันแบบ Night Race ในคืนวันเสาร์

ทั้งยังมี รายการ Clio Cup อีกหนึ่งรายการแข่งขันอันน่าสนใจ และอีกหนึ่งรายการที่ไม่ควรพลาดอย่าง Formula Renault ที่ถือกำเนิดขึ้นมาตั้งแต่ปี 1971 และได้รับความนิยมอย่างแพร่หลายทั้งในยุโรป และอีกหลายประเทศทั่วโลก ด้วยจุดเด่นของตัวรถแข่งในสไตล์ “รถล้อเปิด” ที่นั่งเดี่ยวคล้ายกับรถแข่ง Formula 1 แต่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเครื่องยนต์ 4 สูบ เทอร์โบ พิกัด 1.8 ลิตร จากแบรนด์ Renault ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดจาก FIA แบบเดียวกับการแข่งขันประเภท Formula 3  เช่น เครื่องยนต์ที่ใช้จะต้องผ่านการ Homologated, ระบบส่งที่ต้องเป็นเกียร์แบบ Sequential เดินหน้า 6 สปีด, ระบบขับเคลื่อนล้อหลังเท่านั้น และน้ำหนักรถโดยรวมต้องไปเกิน 650-665 กก.

ส่งท้ายด้วยอีกหนึ่งนัดการแข่งขันประจำฤดูกาลที่แฟนมอเตอร์สปอร์ตชาวไทยตั้งตารอคอย กับงาน “บางแสนกรังด์ปรีซ์ 2020” เทศกาลความเร็วครั้งยิ่งใหญ่ที่จัดขึ้นเป็นปีที่ 14 ที่เนรมิตชายหาดบางแสนให้เป็นสนามแข่งขันรถยนต์ในรูปแบบ “สตรีท เซอร์กิต” ซึ่งได้รับการขนานนามว่าเป็นสนามแข่งที่สวยงามติดอันดับโลก ที่นอกจากทัพหลักจากรายการ Thailand Super Series และทัพเสริมจากรายการ Toyota Gazoo Racing Motorsport แล้ว งานนี้ยังมีรายการ Porsche Carrera Cup Asia 2020 มาทำการแข่งขันร่วมอีก 2 สนาม ควงคู่มากับการแข่งขัน TCR Asia และ Clio Cup รวมทั้งอีกหนึ่งไฮไลท์สำคัญคือการแข่งขัน “รถล้อเปิด” Formula 3 มาให้ชมแบบติดขอบสนามอีกด้วย

โปรแกรมการแข่งขัน “Thailand Super Series 2020” จะเริ่มสตาร์ทเกมส์ความมันส์นัดแรก ณ กรุงฮานอย ประเทศเวียดนาม กับรายการ Formula 1 Vinfast Vietnam Grand Prix ในวันที่ 3-5 เมษายน ส่วนนัดที่ 2 ของฤดูกาลจะเกิดขึ้น ณ สนามช้าง อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เซอร์กิต จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ในวันนี้ 5-7 มิถุนายน ต่อเนื่องด้วยนัดที่ 3 กับงานใหญ่ “บางแสน กรังด์ปรีซ์ 2020” ในวันที่ 14-19 กรกฏาคม และยกให้นัดที่ 4 เป็นหน้าที่ของสนามอันเป็นจุดกำเนิดของวงการมอเตอร์สปอร์ตไทย คือ พีระ เซอร์กิต พัทยา ในวันที่ 11-13 กันยายน ก่อนจะส่งท้ายฤดูกาลความเร็ว 2020 ด้วยการกลับไปยัง สนามช้าง อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เซอร์กิต จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ อีกครั้ง ในวันที่ 30 ตุลาคม – 1 พฤศจิกายน 2563 นี้

Thailand Super Series launch the great 2020 competition

“The first time” of Thai motorsports stepping towards Support Race Formula 1 competition

Along with preparing as the “host” to welcome international competitions throughout the season.

Racing Spirit Company Limited, the international motorsports car racing promotor and organizer of “Thailand Super Series 2020” under the sanctioned by the Royal Automobile Association of Thailand, will raise the motor sports to another level in this 2020 season.

With the grand opening match of the season “Thailand Super Series 2020” which is the great match for the motorsport car racing of ASEAN, the honor is given as the Support Race in the world-class motor sports of Formula 1 Vinfast Vietnam Grand Prix in Hanoi, Vietnam. It will consist of Thailand Supercar GT3, Thailand Supercar GTM, Thailand Supercar GTC and TA V8 Racing which have to compete on a new history racing street circuit with the length of 5.607 km and the number of turns up to 23. This is considered the first time in the Thai motor sports history and is also the first time of Formula 1 competition.

The fun is with the 2^nd match of the season which will bring the troops back to the battle at Chang International Circuit, Buriram Province, in full range with all models of “Thailand Super Series 2020” program. There is a supported race from Porsche Carrera Cup Asia 2020 which competes in 3 races on both Saturday and Sunday to surprise the motor sports fans in Thailand with the Night Race on Saturday night.

There is also another CLIO CUP program of interesting competition. Another program that should not be missed is Formula Renault which was established since 1971 and has been widely popular in Europe and in many countries around the world. The strength of the race car is in the style of “open wheel car” single seat similar to Formula 1 racing cars but powered by 1.8-liter turbocharged 4-pistol engine from the Renault brand under the same FIA ??regulations as in the racing category of Formula 3, for example, engines must be homologated, transmission systems must be sequential in 6 speeds, rear-wheel drive only. The total vehicle weight must not be over 650-665 kg.

One final match of the season that Thai motor sports fans have been waiting for is the “Bangsaen Grand Prix 2020”. The fast festival is organized for the 14^th year to transform Bangsaen Beach into the international  car race in the style of “Street Circuit” which has been described as the world beautiful racing circuit. Apart from the main competitions from the Thailand Super Series and the Toyota Gazoo Racing Motorsport, the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia 2020 competition will also be held in 2 additional races together with TCR Asia and Clio Cup competitions. One more highlight is the Formula 3 “open-wheel race” for front viewing.

The “Thailand Super Series 2020” competition program will start for the first match in Hanoi, Vietnam with Formula 1 Vinfast Vietnam Grand Prix held on 3^rd – 5^th April. The 2^nd match of the season will be held in Chang International Circuit, Buriram Province, on 5^th – 7^th June. This will be followed by the 3^rd match of the great competition of “Bangsaen Grand Prix 2020” from 14^th – 19^th July. The 4^th match will take place at the origin of Thai motor sports, Bira Circuit, on 11^th – 13^th September. The season will end with the 2020 speed back to Chang International Circuit, Buriram Province, again from 30^th October – 1^st November, 2020.
